Funny guy

I just had to share these two things with you all. Nathan had made me laugh so hard today.
First off I asked him what his name was to see if he knew his full name. Nathans full name is Nathan Ryan Shomburg. When I asked him his name he says " Nafan Soommurg" we know that is as close as he can get right now. I said Nathan what is your whole name , with your middle name. He looks at me so serious and says " I am Nafan Lion Soommurg ........ ROAR" ha ha ha ha ha aha. I try to tell him that it is Ryan not Lion but he is pretty sure it is LIon and would like to keep it that way! ha ha ha .


Nathan likes to do " stretch " with me which is code for Yoga. Well he has never called it Yoga but he will say " Mommy I want to do stretch with you " when he says this we turn it on and do a little work out. Well today he kept saying "Mommy I want to do yogurt with you" I would say , you want a yogurt? He would say no and then repeat again. I was so confused until all the sudden it clicked with me. He thinks Yoga is yogurt! ha ha ah aha. When I turned it on he said Yay Yogurt! ah ha ah.

Outside Centers at School

Last week at Nathans school they had outside center day. Nathan and his class got to make a bracelet, get a snake painted on his arm, make a bird feeder, paint with fly swatters, smoosh shaving cream all over windows, blow bubbles and show off their hula hoop skills! The weather was perfect for such a super fun day. It was a blast

Fun Splash Day

Last week we meet up with our friends at the splash pad and had lots of fun. Here are some pics of the fun day. Reese and Nathan weren't sure they wanted to get in all the water. Nathan decided he would just shoot everyone with the water cannon the whole time. Reese made her way to the playground while Brady and Saige had a blast running around getting soaked! Cash had a slow start but decided the water was good times by the time we were done.

Fun day at Mountasia

This last Sunday it was so pretty outside so we headed out for some mini golf.
Here are some pics of Nathan and Kyle playing and riding the go carts. I also put a pic of Nolan and what he does on these fun outings. :)
Nathan had a blast playing golf but doesn quite understand that you hit the ball until you get it in, He likes to hit it than pick it up and put it right next to the hole and putt it in. ha ah hahaha.

Cheese please

Today we have had a lazy fun Spring Day. We watched Mulan II on the Disney Channel and played in the pool. Nathan told me he was a " scewdiber" I kept thinking he was saying screwdriver. After 15 minutes of me wondering why he would be a screwdriver I figured out he meant scuba diver! ah ha ha ah ah.
After the fun time in the pool we made pizza for lunch! Nathan picked his favorite orange cheese and bacon for his pizza. Yummmm. Here is a picture of his creation with his favorite topping of parmesan cheese. He likes A LOT of cheese. Hey who can blame him he is my child! ha ha ha ha ha.

Happy Easter

We had a fun Easter yesterday. The Easter Bunny left Nathan a super fun basket full of Cars stuff like undies, a cool take a long cup, a big ol Cars kite, and of course lots of Cars. Nolan had a basket full of baby toys that are still sitting unopened. ha ha ha. He still has a little bit to grow before they can be put into good use. :)
After we opened baskets and rested we got ready to go to Meme and Papas house for some yummy lunch. When we got there Aunt
"Khaki" had lots of eggs she had made for all the kids to hunt. After they were all hidden at the big park next door Nathan got to hunt with the other kids. Of course his daddy helped him . I think Kyle might have had just as much fun as Nathan. ha ha
The both of them went straight to the playground where luckily some eggs had been hidden. Nathan had lots of sugar and did pretty well with no nap! I know I needed one. :)
